It all started with the dream of an entrepreneurial couple who wanted to help out local growers with their surplus crops. With this ambition, Aristide Lassonde and his wife Georgianna Darcy came up with the idea of opening a vegetable canning plant in Rougemont.

Today, Lassonde is the North American leader in the development, manufacture and sale of fruit and vegetable juices and beverages, and it is Pierre-Paul Lassonde, son of Willie Lassonde, who ensures that his grandparents’ passion is passed on to future generations.
